- You can name what you would not fake on a screen share.
- You connect tools to outcomes: “I use X to prevent duplicate records in Y.”

Pick one weekend, create two test accounts, and run through: calendar delegation, shared drive permissions, and mobile sign-in. You are building muscle memory, not theater.
